Client Policies – Please Read Before Booking
To ensure a smooth experience for both you and our lash technician, we kindly ask that you review and
adhere to the following salon policies:

No Plus Ones
To maintain a calm and focused environment, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone. Our space is limited and designed for one-on-one service, so we are unable to accommodate friends, children, or additional guests during your visit.
Please Arrive With No Eye Makeup
For the best retention and to ensure we can spend your full appointment time applying lashes rather than removing makeup, please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes. This includes mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow. Arriving with makeup may result in less lash time or a cleaning fee.
Late Arrivals – 15 Minute Grace Period
We understand that things can happen, but please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten your treatment. In either case, the full appointment fee will still apply, as we are unable to fill your slot at short notice.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full price of the service booked. This policy helps us manage our schedule and offer slots to other clients.
Payment Options
We accept payment via cash or bank transfer at the time of your appointment. Please ensure you are prepared to pay immediately after your service.
